TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Role-based access control with super-admin / org-admin / radiologist / technician / referrer roles. Tamper-evident hash-chained audit log on every report. Configurable regional data residency. No autonomous use of PHI for model training without explicit consent.
