ProRadIQ provides an AI-assisted radiology reporting platform. AI output is a draft only. The signing radiologist is the diagnostician of record. Centres and hospitals using the platform agree to operate within the scope of their professional registration and country regulations.

You must keep your credentials confidential. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Centre admins are responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning their staff.

No uploading of non-medical content, no attempts to defeat security controls, no reverse engineering the AI models or prompts. We may suspend access for breach.

Per-study pricing as per your commercial agreement. Late payment may suspend access; clinical data is not deleted on suspension and is restored on settlement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRadIQ's liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. ProRadIQ is not liable for clinical decisions; the signing radiologist is.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chandigarh, India, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email to centre admins at least 30 days in advance.
