Privacy policy

ProRadIQ Technologies Pvt Ltd is the data controller for marketing data submitted via this website and the data processor for clinical data processed via the ProRadIQ reporting platform on behalf of the client centre or hospital (the data controller for that clinical data).

Name, work email, phone / WhatsApp number, centre or hospital name, country, modality interest, and any message you send via the demo or contact forms. We also collect basic analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate region.

DICOM images, study metadata, clinical history provided by the referring clinician, attachments uploaded with the study, and the resulting draft and signed radiology reports. We do not control the lawful basis for this processing — the client centre or hospital does — and we process it strictly under the data-processing agreement signed with that client.

Marketing data: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and consent (for any subsequent marketing communications). Clinical data: as instructed by the client centre, under the lawful basis applicable in the patient's jurisdiction (DPDP Act, UK GDPR, Privacy Act, NDPR, etc.).

Marketing enquiries: 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete sooner. Clinical data: per the client centre's retention policy, default 7 years post-sign-off unless a shorter period is configured.

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, hash-chained audit log on signed reports, and configurable regional data residency. Subprocessors are listed on request.

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection per the regulation that applies in your jurisdiction. For clinical data, please direct requests via the client centre that holds the patient relationship; we will support them.

We use first-party analytics cookies (privacy-respecting) and the cookies required to operate the platform. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on signed-in clinical pages.
